We ship orders from our fulfilment partners based in the UK and other international locations depending on product availability and stock.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
4. How long does delivery take?

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed or shipped.
After this time, we cannot guarantee any changes.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

8. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
