Refund & Exchange Policy

At Tataura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery


3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@tataura.com.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
