Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
