At Tataura, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United Kingdom and internationally.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

  • Tataura is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes

Please check your local regulations before placing an order.


5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Check your tracking information first

  • Contact the courier service for updates

  • Then contact us at support@tataura.com

We will assist you in locating your package, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs services.


7. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners such as national and international courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
